Server & Bartender for Remote Island Restaurant and Bar

 

The Minnow Trap Bar & Grill - the only restaurant on Sapelo Island, GA is looking for a server to assist with running the restaurant and bar.

Sapelo Island is a breathtaking coastal gem known for its unspoiled natural landscapes, including pristine beaches, diverse wildlife habitats, and lush maritime forests. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy activities like birdwatching, kayaking, and exploring scenic trails, all amidst the island's serene and peaceful environment.

Server/Bartender

 

LOCATION:

Sapelo Island, GA

​

COMPENSATION:

$14+ / hour (including tips and housing)

​

EXPERIENCE:

Food service experience required

​

START DATE:

Immediate

 

DETAILS:

• Managing a bar: including cocktails, beer and wine service

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages.

• Collecting payments and operating a cash register.

• Cleaning and restocking and maintaining bar/kitchen supplies.

• Other support duties as assigned within the bar and restaurant, including bussing, dishwashing, cleaning, etc.

• One staff meal per shift.

• Housing included
